You certify that the information provided for the assessment of the application for the Renting transaction is truthful and complete, and you are aware that this information is essential for the granting of the transaction, so that any inaccuracy or lack of truthfulness of the data and documentation provided will be cause for immediate cancellation of any contractual commitment reached. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD) we inform you that the personal data that you provide us with through this application will be incorporated into the databases of ARVAL SERVICE LEASE, S.A.U. with registered offices at C. de Anabel Segura 14, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid), which will act as Data Controller, for the purpose of processing your application, using service providers who may be commissioned to evaluate your Renting application from a credit risk assessment point of view, as well as for the customer identification procedure (KYC) and prevention of money laundering (AML) in accordance with current regulations and BNP Paribas Group regulations. In accordance with article 13.1 e) of the RGPD and 33 of the LOPDGDD, Arval Service Lease S.A.U. may request that Banco Cetelem S.A.U., whose full details can be found at www.cetelem.es, as data processor, to study your application through the use of automatic risk analysis tools (scoring), in order to examine the viability of the operation requested and, thus, the possible acceptance or not of the operation requested by the interested party, including queries on behalf of Arval to the ASNEF - Equifax and Experian Credit Bureau solvency and credit files and to the fraud prevention files described below by virtue of the service provision contract signed between Arval and Cetelem for the provision of the service described above. You are also informed that you may be involved in automated decisions about your requests or subsequent analyses, and you may at any time object to these decisions if they have legal effects for you. These automated decisions are necessary for the analysis of the application or for the execution of the contract in the case that it is approved. You have the right to request, at the time of application or during the performance of the contract, human intervention for the decision, to express your point of view and to challenge the automated decision that may be taken in your case. You have, in accordance with applicable law, the right to request from Arval access to your personal data and its rectification, erasure, objection or restriction of its processing, as well as the right to portability and automated decisions that have legal effects on you with the exceptions indicated in the General Data Protection Regulation, mainly when necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract. The Entity informs you that with regard to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
